3. Account & Subscription

• Users can choose between Free, Premium, or Premium Plus packages.
• Premium plans are billed annually and non-refundable unless required by law.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and password.

4. Content Responsibility

• Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, including menus, price lists, images, and promotions.
• Content must not be misleading, offensive, or violate any laws.
• Menu.mv reserves the right to remove or modify content that violates these terms.

5. QR Code & Sharing

Menu.mv provides QR codes for business use. QR codes may not be used for illegal activities or linked to content unrelated to the registered business.

6. Data & Privacy

User data is stored securely and used only for service-related purposes. Menu.mv will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, and original platform features are owned by Menu.mv. Users retain ownership of their own uploaded content.

8. Termination

Menu.mv reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.
